Technical Support

Vaunix provides technical support to cellular infrastructure, electronic networking, and communications companies worldwide. With our customer site and on-call, first-line 24/7 phone support, the Vaunix staff of professional, courteous, and experienced radio technicians is able to quickly diagnose and resolve any issue. Say good-bye to path problems, equipment failures, and configuration challenges.

Tower Climbing and Hardware Consolidation

Our professionally trained tower climbers are available for immediate on-call assistance. All of our climbers are also expert technicians, allowing us to install and commission equipment in a single visit. Copies of training certificates from ComTrain are available upon request. Vaunix also receives, stocks, and re-kits hardware from multiple vendors for site-specific deliveries.

Systems Integration and Testing

Vaunix has a fully equipped production test area with microwave-test capabilities up to 50 GHz and data-rates test capabilities up to STM-1/OC-3. We specialize in point-to-point digital microwave radio production, and also process other wireless, wire-line and fiber-optic equipment.
